All participants must first present online on 14th June 2026, 2.30pm onwards.
After the online presentation, the Top 5 Papers and Top 5 Posters will be selected for the final physical presentation during the conference.

Presentation Duration
Paper Presentation: 6 minutes presentation + 2 minutes discussion
E-Poster Presentation: 2 minutes presentation + 2 minutes discussion
Important Guidelines
All presentations will be conducted in alphabetical order.
Physical presence is mandatory for the final presentation to be eligible for the competition.
The same paper or poster presented online must be presented in the final round.
No changes between the online and physical presentations will be accepted. Any changes found may lead to rejection.
Competition Eligibility
Participants below 40 years of age are eligible for the competition.
Participants above 40 years of age are not eligible for the competition.
All participants will receive a participation certificate.
